I ended up making this kit and featuring it on my YouTube channel after I couldn't find a source for reproduction clips on the rear upper panel.
This kit includes six panel plates, hook and loop, and double sided tape as shown in the image. Includes everything you need to mount this to the rear brackets on the chassis of the car. It's been on my 1969 Mustang Mach 1 for the past two years as well as a few other people I know and it works great!
