Fitment & Compatibility

The 2004 CRF250R and 2004 CRF250X use identical clutch fiber dimensions, making them 100% cross-compatible with the 250 size tray. The 2008 CRF450 requires the larger 450-specific variant due to its increased friction disc outer diameter.

Note: Steel separator plates do not require oil soaking—place only fiber discs into the tray. Tray made from ABS / ASA

How To Use

1. Place your clean fiber discs into the tray.

2. Pour fresh transmission or engine oil into the ring until all fibers are fully submerged.

3. Allow to soak overnight (12–24 hours).

4. Use the finger slot to lift out the plates, drip-drain excess oil back into the tray, and install.
